Baden Powell - Can you help??

I am 13 years old and urrently doing my baden powell challenge wit guides. Have you heard of it? Anyway - one of my challenges is to find out wat there is available for young people in my area (Darlington)find out about local issues which affect me and what young people can do to assist. It says I should check out my local Connexions centre or speak to a local counciller. I don't have a clue what a connexions centre is. But anyway I was wondering if you could help in any possible way?? Many thanks

Hello, if you look at the what's on section of this site go to the type of event section and select support services the you should be able to find details on Darlington's Connexion Service. Also if you would like to speak to a local Councillor then visit this website to find their contact details www.darlington.gov.uk. If I can help in any other way then just let me know. Jo

Hiya, I'm fifteen and i finished my baden powell challenge last year its so much harder than i thought it would be! Anyways ask people from your patrol and people you know from your local area using a questionnaire and present your findings to your patrol!
Try not to make all the tasks boring ones i took the pack to dogs trust for the day and we went to the theatre as well!
