Street Soccer

After attending several events along side the International Street Soccer Association (ISSA) Zone Active Coordinator Chris Parkinson has seen first hand the benefits of Street Soccer.   The ISSA was inspired from some of the worlds greatest players and what was inherent in all of them, pure unadulterated skill.

The ISSA realized that the skills that these great players demonstrate have been born out of the streets.

Following the successful summer programme attendance Zone Active has now become an official member of the Internation Street Soccer Association; membership not only offers marketing support and extensive online resources it enables Zone Active to deliver Licensed ISSA coaching programmes.

The Zone Active programme will be delivering 6 weeks licensed skills programmes @ Branksome Comprehensive, Alderman Leach, Gurney Pease, St Aidens and Haughton in November!

Zone Active also run a Saturday Mornign Street Soccer CLub down @ Darlington College, FREE ENTRY with a Teen Card!!!!

Throughout all of the sessions players will learn some of the most up-to-date skills in the game and also have the opportunity to be creative, imaginative and innovative and invent their own moves for the game.
